Fresh herbs are added of our Flake salt. The salt pulls out the oils and moisture from the herbs leaving the delicate flavor of the herb mixed with the now dried pieces. 

These salt are beautiful on steak, fresh mozzarella cheese, and fish. We also use these salts to top focaccia bread and to subtly flavor and salt sauces.
